Family-friendly atmosphere enhances the experience.
The room I stayed in smelled musty and had mould in various areas, which made me quite anxious during the night, especially with my family present. There were also no toiletries provided, which was unexpected and added to the discomfort. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the noise from the busy main road outside.

the shower wprked kind of strange and the mould was quite alarming. I almost gave a good review, then realised there were no toiletries—not even soap! As a regular guest, I definitely expected complimentary treats. Not impressed at all. For a place with such high expectations, the cleanliness was a total letdown.

The food at The White Horse is top-notch, using local organic veggies that elevate every dish! The bar boasts a cracking selection of decent beers on tap, and you can't beat the warmth of a pulsing pub vibe for a cozy evening. Plus, the staff are pure gems, making the experience even sweeter!
Very sadly, we didn't like the room. it had a bit of a musty smell, and there was some mould creeping up in spots.

lovely atmosphere but room improvements needed
The staff made us feel at home, warmly welcoming us throughout our stay. Dinner in the attractive pub was delightful, with a fantastic menu that showcased local ingredients perfectly. A lovely outdoor seating area enhanced our experience, allowing us to enjoy the surroundings fully.
The room we stayed in had a persistent musty smell, which was quite off-putting.

Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a fantastic full hot English variety served with a smile. The accommodation was comfortable, but the size didn't quite match the reservation, resulting in a snug fit. Although located outside the main area, daily transportation to the bus station was a generous touch. Food offerings were delightful, with good portions enjoyed outdoors, particularly their French fries. a pleasant stay but marred somewhat by room size issues.
